I vend in two counties. Do I need two packs?
Start with your home base. The pack covers one jurisdiction completely, and its authority map shows which requirements are statewide and which stop at the county line. Extra counties live in your tracker, where deadline alerts cover every permit you add regardless of jurisdiction.
What exactly is included after I buy?
Your deadlines load into the PitStop tracker with renewal alerts that never expire, plus 90 days of PitStop Pro (the gig radar, the weekly brief, pack updates when fees or rules change). After 90 days we ask whether you want to keep Pro for $10 a month. Your card is not on file and nothing renews by itself. Everything you bought stays yours either way.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
Use it, honestly. It is good on the state layer. Where AI answers reliably break is the county and city layer: renamed fee categories and stale numbers from superseded official PDFs. Every line in a pack shows the official source and the date a human checked it, so you do not have to trust us or the AI.
What if something in the pack is wrong?
If any fee, form link, or deadline in your pack is wrong on the day you buy it, tell us. We correct it within 2 business days and refund your full $49. You keep the corrected pack. And separately: 30 days, no forms. If the pack did not move your launch forward, email us and we refund it.
